Hartzell (Tammy) of Jamestown, Russell L. Hartzell (Carol) of Jamestown, Patrick E. Hartzell (Marcie) of Jamestown, Lewis F. Hartzell, Jr. (Gina) of Jamestown and Tammy M. Hartzell Herrington (Charlie) of Ashville, NY; and his grandchildren, Patrick Hartzell Jr., Christopher Hartzell, Corry Hartzell, Jessica Shearer, Samantha Robson, Olivia Herrington, Natalie Hartzell, Kayla Hartzell, Russell Hartzell Jr., Tara Hartzell, Mark Eck Jr., Brian Eck and Crystal Eck. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
