She was predeceased by: her parents, Burdette Swanson and Edith Johnson Swanson; her former husbands, William Kidd and Andrew Johnson; her husband John "Jack" Crate; her grandson Rodney Welling; and her siblings, Ronald Swanson and Janet Delong.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Welling (Pamela Marsh) of Sinclairville; her grandson Sean Welling (Julie) of Lititz, PA; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Michael and Evelynn; and her stepchildren, Nancy Saulsgiver, Andrew Johnson, Timothy Johnson and Eric Johnson.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (410 N Main St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
