He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ludwiczak and Mary Pilat Ludwiczak; his wife Eleanor C. Kowalski Ludwiczak; and his siblings, Raymond Ludwiczak, Edward Ludwiczak, Mary Skrzypek, Helen Ludwiczak and Alice Ludwiczak.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Bardo (Stewart Westerlund) of Frewsburg, NY, Kathy Burns (Tim) of Ashville, NY and Jeffrey Ludwiczak of Falconer, NY; his grandchildren, Laura Burns of Jamestown, Daniel Burns (Sara) of Clymer, NY, Megan Ludwiczak (Tim Lovejoy) of Jamestown and Brooke Mareri (Greg) of Jamestown; his great grandchild Beau Burns of Clymer, NY; and his sister Dorothy Ludwiczak of Jamestown.
