With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John A. Ewer (Jamestown, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his son Arthur Jay Ewer; his parents, Dwight Ewer and Beulah Ewer (Barton); and his siblings, Basil Ewer, Elsie Woodin, Beverly Johnson and Blanche Grimes.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Armstrong; his children, Ann Schultz (Carl) of Sugar Grove, PA, Jackie Schultz (John) of Jamestown, NY, Terry Ewer (Lois) of Sugar Grove, PA and Brenda Ewer (Brad Azar) of Key Largo, FL.; his grandchildren, Amanda Zeiders, Tyrel Zeiders, Mark Schultz (Dawn), Brad Schultz, Charlie Schultz, Andy Schultz, Melissa Schultz, Kate Bosko (Mitchell) and Nicole Ewer; and his great grandchildren, Harper Schultz, Piper, Natalie Schultz and Clay Bosko.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AM Vets Post 50 in Sugar Grove, PA, Lottsville United Methodist Church, or a charity of choice.
