She was predeceased by: her parents, Erving Bastian and Alyce Shures Bastian; her husband Peter J. Smith; her siblings, Ernest, Earl, Lloyd, Lawrence, Lyle, Harold, Clyde, Gordon, Robert Bastian, Lois Taylor and Margaret Bastian; her stepdaughter Susan Tabor; and her nephews, Chris Bastian and Kendall Bastian.
She is survived by: her stepson Robert M. Smith of Bryn Mawr, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca McCray, Roberta Griffin, Kathy Moore, Denise Barber, Lisa Bastian, Jenn Bastian, Robert Bastian, Charles Taylor, Andrew Bastian and Timothy Bastian.
