She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hicks and Helen Hicks; her son William Roberts; her grandson Ellery James Roberts Jr.; and her siblings, Joyce Bartlett and Samuel Hicks Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Michael Roberts, Ellery Roberts, Samuel Roberts, Patrick Roberts and Pamela Roberts; and her sisters, Joann Evans, Janet Caldwell and Mary Blakeslee. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
