He is survived by: his mother Ethel Colburn; his children, Anna and Terry Colburn (Tiffany); his siblings, Steve, Dan Colburn, Kathy Scott and Pat Manchester; his grandchildren, Terrell Colburn, Trenton Colburn, Corey Keefe, Elijah Keefe and Kyle Keefe; and his great grandchild Lilly Keefe.
