He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara McGuire; and his brothers, Sean and Robert Breth. He is survived by: his parent Barbara Wade; his wife Lori Ristau; his daughter Amanda Spitale; his grandchildren, Dante, Amara Spitale and Karma of Washington; his sons, James Jr. and Joshua; his grandchildren, Serenity and Everest Ristau; his son Landen Luszak; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
