He is survived by: his wife Kristine Lamb Moore; his sons, Jason Moore (Steve Werner) of Tampa, FL and Darren Moore (Karissa) of Ft. Myers Fl; his grandson Dylan Gene Moore of Ft. Myers Fl; his sister Maxine Smith; his stepbrother Robert Moore; his nieces and nephews, Donald Abramson (Brittany) of Gerry, Megan Ludwiczak of Jamestown, Brooke Mareri (Greg) of Jamestown, Corin and Abbie Derby of Jamestown; his great-nephews, Jameson and Sullivan Abramson of Gerry; and his close friends, Dan and Bubba Gorman.
