He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Yaw and Dorothea Weninger Yaw. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, David (Elaine Morgan) and Valerie (Adam Hirschberg); and his sister-in-law Joan Tucker (Charles McClain). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Jamestown Area YMCA, 101 East Fourth Street, Jamestown, NY 14701 or a charity of choice. Those who are able are encouraged to donate blood in Greg's honor.
