She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Melice Sr.; her parent Caroline Schifano Greco; and her brothers, Sam C. Greco and Frankie Greco. She is survived by: her children, Annette Melice Patric (Todd), Sam Melice, Tony Melice Jr. (Tammy), Carrie Jo Melice Collins (Ronnie) and Mark Melice (Melaine); her grandchildren, Shannon Patric, Christopher Patric (Christina), Natalie Patric Carroll (Dan), Sam Melice, Brock Melice, Andy Melice (Cathy), Anthony Melice III (Sara), Anthony English, James English, Sara English Curtis (Austin), Matthew Melice, Michael Melice (Allison) and Megan Melice (Colin); and her sister Mickey Pappalardo. She is also survived by her 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Chautauqua County or St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
