He was predeceased by: his parents, Max L. Neel and Shirley Janet McCord Neel; and his grandson Wesley. He is survived by: his former wife Ginger Neel of Falconer; his children, Garrett Neel (Taylor) of Jamestown, Christopher Neel (Shayla) of South Carolina and Jennifer Bandy (Gary) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Aurora, Brenn and Zoe; his stepgrandson Sawyer; and his siblings, Jeff Neel (Miriam) of California and Lynn Taylor (Larry) of New York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
