He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Mae (Follett) and Frederick W. Mills; and his brothers, James F. Mills (Shirley Hatfield), Robert H. Mills (Alice Bruggeman), David W. Mills (Linda Moorhead) and Donald W. Mills (Joan Bennett).
He is survived by: his siblings, Lona N. Grant (James), Lois M., Reeves, Howard W. Mills (Caroline McGowan) and Richard A. Mills (Mary Harrington); his children, Duane F. Mills (Julie Dallas) of Jamestown, NY, Karen L. Sasse (Mark), Wendy B. Walzer (Steven) and Mark A. Mills; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
