With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faith A. DiBlasi of Jamestown, New York, born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James R. DiBlasi and Betty Lou Detrick DiBlasi of Busti; her siblings, Thomas DiBlasi (Tonya) of Busti, Joy Yergens (Kenneth) of Jamestown, Hope Fredrickson (Allen) of Sinclairville and Glori Smith (Daniel) of DuBois, PA; her aunt Susan Nordlund of Celoron; and her brother Timothy DiBlasi.

Memorials may be donated to Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Rd., Jamestown, NY 14701.
