Eva K. Abbott Obituary

We bid farewell to Eva K. Abbott of Jamestown, New York, born in Salamanca, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 26, 2025 at the age of 100. Eva touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert A. Morton and Margaret Morton (Neudeck); her husband Harry C. Abbott; her siblings, Gilbert, Robert Morton and Margaret "Peggy" Blumquist; and her great grandchild Carson B. Hiller.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hazenberg (Bill) of Jamestown, Michael Abbott (Paula Risberg) of Jamestown, James Abbott (Renee) of Falconer and Nancy McGuire (John) of Celeron; and her grandchildren, Leslie Flihan (Timothy), Christine Dalziel (Debbie), Andrew Hazenberg (Jessica), Heidi Abbott-Walker, Heather Newman, Eric Risberg, Nicky LaRocca (Matt), Christopher Morton, Jessica Abbott, Jamie Parasiliti (Vincent), Matthew Jones (Sarah), Robert Jones (Darci) and Kyle Moffett. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Falconer Funeral Home, Inc. (44 W Falconer St, Falconer, NY 14733). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be donated to the United Pilgrim Memorial Congregational Church.
