He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simko and Elizabeth Jevszak Simko; his grandson Benjamin Stoddard (Marilyn Anderson Simko); and his siblings, John Simko and Martha Verga.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Stoddard (Robert) of Orchard Park, NY, Teresa Gustafson of Jamestown and John Simko of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Nathan Stoddard (Joy), Joseph Gustafson (Maria), Angela Gustafson (Travis Sample), Rhett Simko, Grant Simko, Kali Rinaldo (Brett) and Lanni Simko; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Sunshine Stoddard, Darius Jones, Taylor, Carter Sample, Benjamin, Stella and Jack Rinaldo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
