He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Newbree and Carmella Fanale Newbree; his brother Westly Devine; and his uncles, Floyd, Lavern and Bud Fanale.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Devine; his stepdaughter Lisa Mattoon (Keith); his grandson Jacob Mattoon; his sister Robin Riley; his sister-in-law JoAnn Jones; his nieces and nephews, David Devine, John Devine, Michael Lang, Jeffery Bercik (Alma), Kristine Keefe and Monica McNally; and his cousin Laurie Harvey (Jim).
