Phillips (Michele) and Lori Lindsley (Roy); and her grandchildren, Brian D Phillips (Emiline), Jennifer M. Linder, Seth Phillips (Amanda) and Daniel Phillips Jeffrey (Kristen). She is also survived by grandchildren and 3 stepchildren.
