He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Ferguson, and Josephine Ferguson, Sr.; his wife Sally Porter Ferguson; his grandson Isaiah Nelson; and his brother William Ferguson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Warren of Jamestown, Jane Ferguson of Jamestown and Barbara Ann Nelson of Tulsa, OK; and his sister Barbara Hargvovet King of Birmingham, AL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
