We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 97, Charles S Walsh of Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Walsh and Anna Walsh (O'Donnell); his wife Kathleen Byrne; his siblings, Henry "Harry" Walsh, Dorothea Ericsson, Mary Eleanor Quinn, James Walsh and Robert Walsh; and his nephew John Ericsson (Maria Ericsson).
He is survived by: his nieces, Geraldine Burkes, Carol Heitzler, Joan Ericsson and Elizabeth Caballero (Richard); and his nephew James Walsh (Anne). He is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
