She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Phillips and Lola Belle Schobey Phillips; and her husband Hilmer Wallgren. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Cole (Steve) of Jamestown, David Wallgren and Bruce Wallgren (Laurie) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Shane Cole of Geneva, NY, Derek Cole (Richelle) of Glendale, CA, Kassidy Wallgren of Virginia Beach and Kelsey Wallgren of Virginia Beach; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Zeda Burke of Florida and Steven Cole of Glendale, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
