She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Hopkins and Pearl Elizabeth "Betty" Carter Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Wagener (Susan) of Cincinnati, OH, Thomas Wagener (Danielle) of Guilford, VT, Suzanne Cunningham (Scott) of Jamestown and Robert Wagener (Erin) of Hornell, NY; her son-in-law Jerry Weltman; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Julie, Jodie, Katie, Jake, Atticus, Beatrice and Paul. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
