It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Downey of Jamestown, New York, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin Sr. and Thelma Coy; her son Justin Downey; and her siblings, Robert Franklin Jr., Cindy Franklin and Patricia Franklin.
She is survived by: her sister Eileen; and her grandchildren, Michael Foley, Melissa Elderkin and Addison Downey. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
