She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Casselman and Ella Casselman; her husband Leon Phillips; and her sister Donna Ostrander. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Koch (Beth) of Jamestown and Theresa Spann (Lamar) of Florida; her siblings, Terry Casselman, Pat Casselman (Rosanne), Doug Casselman (Julia) and Vicki Spence (Marshal); and her grandchildren, Vinny, Courtney, Todd, Terry, Patrick, Maryse Koch, Emily Daniels (Justin) and Cody Spann. She is also survived by 6 nieces & 5 nephews.
