It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty R. Hinkley of Jamestown, New York, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rager and Verna Rager (Wills); her son Donald Hinkley; her sisters, Mary Gendrue, Ruth Nugent and Margaret Rager; and her granddaughter Rebecca Hinkley.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Hinkley of Jamestown and Patricia Wallace (Daniel) of Jamestown; her daughter-in-law Karen Hinkley III (late Arthur) of Randolph; and her great great grandchild Alena. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
