She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Boerst and Rosemary Herkert Boerst; and her brother William J. Boerst. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Slumsky; her siblings, Betty Lou Blixt (Boerst) of Jamestown, NY and Robert W. Boerst (Jill Lunn); her children, Trayce E. Slumsky of Mount Laurel, NJ and Katie E; her daughter-in-law Niketa Chotalal of Mount Laurel, NJ.; her grandson Trayce E. Slumsky II; and her great grandchildren, Macey A. Fluent, Mia R. Fluent and Makenna S. Fluent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
