He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jay Bailey and Macy Berkey Bailey; and his brother David B. Bailey of Jamestown. He is survived by: his wife Joanne E. Bailey; his children, Arthur N. Bailey Jr., Darlene M. Kennedy (Andrew Hanses) and Kimberly A. Ward; and his grandchildren, Alex Ann Kennedy (Dillion Roberts) of Lebanon, NH, Dr. Lauren Nash Kennedy (Mateo Villarreal) of Kansas City, MO and Dayton M. Ward of Jamestown.
