He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Buttafaro and Anna Calanni Buttafaro; his wife Patricia Ambrose Buttafaro; his son-in-law Edward Raymond; and his siblings, Frank, Sam Buttafaro, Frances Paterniti and Mary Beswick.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Walter (Todd) of Port Orange, FL; his granddaughters, Erika Gregory (Quinton) of Buffalo, Ashley Rapasadi (Salvatore) of Westfield and Jessica DeJac (Derek) of Buffalo; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Qai Gregory, Dmitri and Dominic DeJac.
