She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlando L. Trask Sr. and Henrietta Curtis Trask; her former husband Carl Duryee; her husband James Chambers Sr.; her daughters, Georgianna Hoesel and Carol Howard; and her grandson Ryan Howard.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Chambers (Donna) of Rochester, NY, James Chambers Jr. (Linda) of Sherman, NY and Jeffrey Chambers (Linda) of Jumping Branch, WV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
