We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2023, at the age of 88, Nelle V. Simpkins (Jamaica, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Smith (Bubba) and Rosie Bell Young. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Simpkins; her sister Mary Francis Kates; her daughters, Cynthia Simpkins and Colette Simpkins-Jenkins; her son-in-law David Jenkins; her granddaughters, Laquaisa and Lanelle; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Dallas. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
