He was predeceased by: his parents, George Charlotte Walker Binyard and George Binyard; his stepson Anthony; and his sons, Kenneth and Dwayne.

He is survived by: his children, Liz (Matthew), Nelson, Walter, Henry, Cheron, Kevin, Derrick and LaVern. He is also survived by nieces & nephew, cousins and their children.
