He is survived by: his mother Patricia (Goodridge); his son George; his grandchildren, Kelly Figueroa, Patricia Slattery and Michael Slattery; and his siblings, Michael D'Agostino, Gina Chohan, Thomas D'Agostino, Denise Casamassima, Diane Fazio and Anna D'Agostino. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
