He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Bell and Inez Clarke; his spouse Dr. Ivylyn Davis-Bell; and his children, Adrian and Andrea Bell.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the J. Foster Phillips Funeral Home, Inc. (179-24 Linden Blvd, Queens, NY 11434). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
