It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Pierre Young (Jamaica, New York), who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Agnes; and her husband Gester Young. She is survived by: her son Jude Pierre-Louis; her siblings, Karl (Marguerite Rose Therese Pierre-Louis), Ludwick (Shirley Pierre-Louis) and Marie Nancy Pierre-Louis; her nieces and nephews, Ody Pierre-Louis, Andy, Heather Pierre-Louis, Karla Pierre-Louis, Richard Mitchell, Ludley Pierre-Louis, Blondel Saintil, Ludjames Pierre-Louis, Dimitry Pierre-Louis, Christina and Laquell Brown; and her godson Gaston Eddy Barthelemy Jr.. She is also survived by her six great-nieces and great-nephews.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the J. Foster Phillips Funeral Home, Inc. (179-24 Linden Blvd, Queens, NY 11434). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (115-58 222nd St, Jamaica, NY 11411).
