It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ines Saldana of Jackson Heights, New York, who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aura Montealegre and Miguel Montealegre. She is survived by: her husband Omar G. Saldana; her children, Nancie Milewski of Nesconset, NY and Omar A. Saldana (Melanie Vielhauer) of Needham, MA; and her brothers, Alberto Montealegre of Hollywood, FL, Gabriel Stefan (Consuelo) of Bogota, German Estefan (Leonore Jimenez) of Bogota and Mario Stefan (Liliana) of Boca Raton, FL.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joseph Farenga & Sons (38-08 Ditmars Blvd, Astoria, NY 11105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM and from 11:20 AM to 11:45 AM.
