With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard L. Cogger (Ithaca, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 306 N Aurora St, Ithaca, NY 14850.
