She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Weitzel and Mildred Siegenthaler Weitzel; and her nephew Douglas Weitzel. She is survived by: her brother Richard Weitzel (Ann); her niece Linda Weitzel; her great-nephew Zachary Johnson; and her great-nieces, Kristina Weitzel, Sarah Bell and Rebecca Register.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Danby Community Church steeple fund or the National Parks.
