Joseph Larry Tagliavento Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Larry Tagliavento of Ithaca, New York, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Tagliavento Jr.; his parents-in-law, Giovanni and Rosanna Mazzaccari; his sister Rachel Jacobsen; and his brothers-in-law, David Jacobsen, Guiseppe Mazzaccari and Sebastiano Vona.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Moore Tagliavento; his wife Agnes Tagliavento; his children, Julian Tagliavento, Angelina Lake (Kyle) and Adriana Newhart (Brian) of Ithaca; his grandchildren, Giovanni Joseph, Isabella Rose, Lorenzo Lee and Luca John; and his brother John Tagliavento (Sheila). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Bangs Funeral Home (209 W Green St, Ithaca, NY 14850).
