“John and I started out in the Belle Sherman Elementary School. He could handle himself on the playground and all through life as construction is a tough business with tough people to deal with. Then there was John Novarr, the Renaissnce Man with much more knowledge of Italy, architecture, food and wine than Italians like me. His generosity to the Ithaca High School Class of 1962 was homeric. .”
