Zappala; his grandson Trevor Zappala of Lansing, NY; his siblings, Suzanne Riciputo of Fulton, NY, Kenneth Michael Zappala of Tucker, GA and John Robert Zappala Jr. of Dryden, NY; his nieces, Cara Riciputo of Fulton, NY and Desiree Zappala of Oswego, NY; and his nephew Nicholas Riciputo of Fulton.
