We bid farewell to Donald L. Hartill of Ithaca, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 16, 2025 at the age of 86. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Vineyard Chapel (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Cherokee Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Jessica Emergency Fund (https://securelb.imodules.com) that was set up by Marian for the emergency care of small animals whose owners were unable to pay immediately at the Companion Animal Hospital at Cornell.
