We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2024, at the age of 91, Breen Shirley A (Ithaca, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Breen; her daughter Debra Beardslee; her brother Robert Cook; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Cook and Nancy Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, William Breen and Thomas Breen (Maria); her brothers, Herbert Cook and Richard Cook; her grandchildren, Cassandra Byrnes (Brendan), Steven Rankin, David Breen, Amaretta Beardslee, Morgan Bradbury (Lucas) and Andrew Breen; her great grandchildren, Arabella, Adalyn Byrnes and Atlas Bradbury; her son-in-law Kenneth Beardslee; and also Sandra Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (636 5 Mile Dr, Ithaca, NY 14850).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Tompkins County in her memory.
