She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Malcolm "Jim" Pettit, Jr.; her grandson Jay; and her great grandchild Meredith. She is survived by: her children, Eileen Schiller (Ed), Susan Martau (Frank), James Pettit (Bernadete), John Pettit (Laurie), Elizabeth Mangels (Paul) and Jennifer Mollison (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael, Christina, Kristin, Kate, Kelley, John Craig, Gregory, Paul James, Mary, Emma, Patrick and Alex; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Davis, Lauren, Tommy, Charlotte, Colin, Mary Kate, Cole, Stella, Frankie, Cameron and Charlie; and her sisters, Fran Papamarcos and Doris Carinci.
