“So very sorry for the loss of the family and friends! I had met Joe in the spring at SOS Myrtle Beach dancing and again this fall.. He was full of positivity and encouragement to me as a novice dancer! I got to dance with him just a couple hours before he passed and it was my best dance of the evening. He was a kind and very gentle soul! He will be missed on the dance for his dancing and vibrant spirit!! RIP Joe . Blessing to his family!”
