It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocco Zappia (Island Park, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zappia and Anna Zappia (Marra); and his siblings, Anthony, John, Mary Zappia, Adele Zappia and Grace Zappia Werner.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen of York, PA; his children, Kathleen Zappia Gould (Robert) of York, PA and John E. (Denise Zappia) of Hauppauge, NY.; his grandchildren, Brandon Gould (Ashton Streavig) of Springfield, VA and Allison Gould Alexander (Daniel Alexander) of North Bethesda, MD.; and his great grandchild Beckley Rocco Gould of Springfield, VA.
