He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen E. McDonald; and his daughter Patti Ann Corbisiero. He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen M. McDonald; his granddaughter Lauren V. Billings (Daniel); his great grandchild Brendan Thomas; his son-in-law Raffaele Corbisiero; his grandchildren, Kristen Gesimondo (Roland), Thomas Corbisiero and Mary Kate Corbisiero; his sister Cathy Neill; and his cousins, Lorri Ann Sullivan and Maureen Dunn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in his memory to Irvington PBA and Wounded Warriors Project.
