He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank X Gilligan and Bridget V. Dunleavy; his sons, James J. (Kim) and Frank X. (Alyson); and his grandchildren, Tighe, Daniel, Colleen, Sean and Kyra.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations may be made to The Irvington Volunteer Fire Department and the Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
