He is survived by: his sons, Daniel, Brian and Gregory Gier (Andrea); his grandchildren, Melissa, Chandler, Lyncoln and Kierra Gier; his siblings, Mary Jane, Gary (Kathy), Rosemary Ellis (Richard), Rita Penn (late Jerry), Joseph (Nancy) and Thomas Gier (Jennifer); and his brother-in-law Buster Ranic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
