Yaroslav was predeceased by: wife Mary; and stepson Peter A. Wolak. Yaroslav is survived by: children, Iryna Khalitova and Petro; stepson Terry Wolak; siblings, Oleksa and Marika; and also, Lydia Dzus, Mike DeBole and Olga Grieco. Yaroslav is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
