He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Fitch, and Alice Fitch, Sr. (Woolston); and his siblings, George Fitch and Kathryn Townsend (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Fitch (Stalley); his children, Marcie Radack (Dave Martin), Eric Fitch (Robin Mullen), Heidi Dufresne (Normand) and Kurt Fitch (Leticia); and his sister Patricia Fairchild (Glenn). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Rochester District Golf Association or the Third Presbyterian Church Music Program.
